BLACK CINDERELLA
ロンドン・ファッション・ウィークに合わせて、Pocko Galleryは9月13日から27日まで、ロンドンでミントデザインのコラボレーション展「Black Cinderella」を開催した。
展示されたコレクションは、mintdesignsの2020年春夏コレクションであり、彼らの英国における初のブランドコレクションをデビューさせた。ブラック・シンデレラ」は、7年前に発表されたミントデザインの「フラジャイル」の続編ともいえるコレクション。
フラジャイル」は、陶器や様々なガラスの装飾品などの繊細な製品からインスピレーションを得たコレクションを発表した。シンデレラのガラスの靴から連想される透け感と軽さが、今回の展示の出発点に立っている。ブラック・シンデレラ」は、魔法の前と後という2つの世界観をインスタレーション形式で提案している。
このエキサイティングなプレゼンテーションでは、ミントデザインズの2020年春夏コレクションが紹介され、アレッサンドラ・ジェヌアルドが制作した特注テキスタイルを使用した英国初のブランド・コレクションがお披露目された。
To coincide with London Fashion Week, Pocko Gallery held mintdesign’s collaborative exhibition ‘Black Cinderella’, from September 13th to 27th in London.
The collection on display featured mintdesigns 2020 Spring/Summer, and debuted their first brand collection in the UK. Black Cinderella is a collection that can be called a sequel to Mintdesign‘s Fragile collection, which was announced 7 years ago.
‘Fragile’ presented a collection inspired by delicate products such as pottery and various glass ornaments. The sheerness and lightness associated with Cinderella’s glass shoes stand as a starting point for this exhibition. ‘Black Cinderella’ suggests two world views; before and after the magic, in an installation format.
This exciting presentation featured Mintdesigns 2020 Spring/Summer collection, and debuted their first brand collection in the UK featuring a bespoke textile created by Alessandra Genualdo.
